・Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
(Early check-in and late check-out are available for ¥500/hour *only if the room is available.)
・Luggage storage before or after check-in is available for ¥500 per person.
・Dinner is available at the izakaya-style “Kunsei Bar Kawasemi” on the 1st floor.
It closes at 9:30 PM.
・Please ask the staff when using the wood-burning stove.
(Heating appliances can cause burns. Please be especially careful around children.)
・Use of the open-air bath is by reservation only. We will ask you about your preference at check-in.
・The indoor bath is available for free use from 4:00 PM when it is not in use.
・The hair dryer is available at the 2nd-floor washroom outlet; please use it one guest at a time.
・Guests with breakfast included should arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 AM.
・The entire facility is non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted only on the 1st-floor balcony.
Transportation / Pickup
Shuttle service is by reservation only.
(Please understand that there may be waiting times or unavailable slots depending on the schedule.)
Pickup/drop-off is available only to Zao Bus Terminal, the Ropeway, or Omori Parking Ski Area.
Shuttle service costs ¥1,000 one-way for up to 4 people per group (within the Zao area).
You may also use the free Zao shuttle bus or taxis.

One Zao Onsen bathing ticket is included per night.
There are three public baths in Zao Onsen: Uenoyu, Kawarayu, and Shitayu.
The sulfuric hot spring water is strong, but it leaves your skin feeling smooth after bathing.
